Zagat is a food review application developed by Google to run on Android phones and iOS iPhones. This app allows the user to search for local restaurants and food services.
The filters including in the app make it easier to for users to find restaurants based on food type and ratings. Users also are given the option to leave reviews of restaurants they've vistited. There are two views, a list view and a Google Map view. The app requires a Google Plus account, and focuses mainly on upscale restaurants. Zagat is a great app to use during travel, when one does not know the local area.
